Dr. Mike Clark has served as the Director of Missions for the William Carey Baptist Association since June 2022. His educational background includes a Doctorate of Ministry in Christian Counseling and valedictorian of his graduating class "Summa Cum Laude."
His prior ministry experience includes being the senior pastor of Mable Hill Baptist for 24 1/2 years. Early in his ministry he also served several churches as youth pastor and minister of music.
Another long term accomplishment in ministry has been his tenure with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. In 2005 he began serving as a Rapid Response Chaplain and has been a Chaplain Coordinator in natural and man made disasters since 2010. Dr. Mike is one of BGEA's Strategic Chaplain Coordinators who also responds to civil unrest, riots, and mass shooting incidents.
In addition to his ministry experience, he served 25 years with the Huntsville Police Dept and earned the rank of Investigator.
Kelly Greenhaw joined the staff of WCBA in July 2024. Kelly fell in love with Jesus at the age of 10 when she invited Him into her heart. She has been growing in Christ and serving in the local church since! Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. She has taught in public and private schools.
Kelly spends her free time with her husband, Billy, of 30+ years on their farm in Belvidere where she loves on Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens, and Great Pyrenees and sews rag quilts! Billy and Kelly have two grown sons.
Andrew has worked in Youth ministry for over fifteen years and has served as the WCBA Youth Director since 2020. Raised in Fayetteville, he and his wife Ashley, currently serve as the Student Ministry Director at Kirkland Baptist Church. With a passion for seeing students grow closer to God, Andrew teaches students to understand the Bible as the true Word of God - a unified story written for real people with meaningful application for everyday life.
Amy Leimer is a member at Fayetteville First Baptist. She has lived in Fayetteville for 18 years and before that in Cookeville, TN where she served on staff at Cookeville First Baptist. Amy and Doug have been married for 27 years and have two children both in college. Amy is employed at Crossroads Pregnancy Clinic as the Client Services Director and has been there since the ministry began in January of 2019. She has served on the boards of non-profits and is involved with several local ministries. Amy felt the call to missions when she was 13 years old and soon after began working with the church’s bus ministry. Little did she know that the experience gained during her teen years would be used 30 years later with her church’s bus ministry. Amy has been on mission trips all over Tennessee, the United States and Canada as well as Russia, India, and Guatemala. Amy believes the mandate given in Matthew 28:19 to make disciples of all nations and in Mark 16:15 to go into all the world and preach the gospel. Amy loves missions and hopes to inspire others to love missions and to go into their Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8).
Brotherhood Director
Jack Atchley
Jack Atchley began serving as Brotherhood Director in January 2025. His mission is to unify the men in our churches to serve and worship together.
Jack is a 1956 model restored in 1985; born in 1956 and accepted Christ in 1985. Member of West End Baptist Church from 1985 until moving to Prospect Baptist Church in 2001. Jack served as a Deacon and Youth Director at West End Baptist Church and currently serves as a deacon and Senior Adult Director at Prospect Baptist Church. He is also a senior adult Sunday school teacher and believes in serving God and serving others.
Jack has worked in the water treatment business for 48 years retiring as manager of the Fayetteville Water and Wastewater System in 2009 after 31 years of service. He is currently employed by the Huntland Water System where he has been since 2017. Jack has served as a Lincoln County Commissioner for 12 years. Believing in supporting the community, Jack is a former president of the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club.
Married to his wife (Carolyn Frame Atchley) for over 50 years. They have- 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren.
Jack’s purpose in life is to serve God and to serve others.
Jason Caldwell is a native of Lincoln County and has played music and sang in the community since 2003. In 2013, he assumed the role of WCBA Music Director. Jason also serves as Associate Pastor at Park City Baptist Church. He loves spending time with his wife Rebecca, and two boys, John and Eli.
