  • Annual Church Profile (ACP) Help

    ACP submission is requested by September 30, 2025.  You can submit the ACP data through TeD or mail/email to the WCBA office before September 30th and we will enter the data for you!

    Discounted Background Checks are offered to churches:

  • Block Party Trailer

    The Block Party Trailer can be reserved by any of the WCBA churches.  It cannot be used for private birthday parties.  For a list of contents and guidelines see the attached document.

  • GOTM Grant

    A grant up to $150.00 is available to the churches within WCBA for the purpose of Mission and Outreach projects.  The application and guidelines are attached.

    Thank you for your faithful giving to the Golden Offering.  10% is given back to Associations.  We place that funding in a GOTM designated account for the purpose of Missions and Outreach projects!

  • Used Christian Literature

    WCBA collects used Sunday School and Discipleship literature!  Call our office to set up a time to drop off literature or to peruse literature that your church may need!  WCBA office hours are Monday-Thursday, 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

    1. Churches needing literature can browse through the donations and take what can be used in the church!
    2. Remaining literature is given to a ministry named Love Packages which distributes Christian literature throughout the world.

  • 15 Passenger Van

    WCBA churches can reserve the 15 Passenger Van by calling the office at 931-433-3631.  Van drivers must have on file at WCBA:

    1) Ministry Driver Screening Form

    2) Front and back copy of Drivers License
